Task
Design a new interface for an order and shipment management system integrated with 1C ERP. The system serves ~80% external contractors/wholesalers (with their own client base) and ~20% internal production managers.
Pain points
Clients couldn’t clearly see whether they could place additional orders in the current month.
Tracking the location of delivery trucks was difficult.
Lack of transparency in production warehouse stock levels.
My solution:
Developed an atomic design system with reusable components and full responsiveness.
Redesigned order and shipment tables with clear hierarchy, quick filters, and color-coded status indicators.
Made repeat ordering easier and more transparent, reducing errors and speeding up the process.
Expected impact:
Shorter time to locate shipments, faster repeat orders, and reduced warehouse stock due to increased transparency for clients.
