musicAeterna

musicAeterna is one of the most sought-after Russian ensembles, constantly pushing the boundaries of its creative abilities in the field of historically informed performance of early music, academic music of the classical period, and contemporary compositions. Under the direction of Teodor Currentzis, musicAeterna has recorded works by Mozart, Mahler, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Rameau and Stravinsky for Sony Classical. These recordings have received prestigious music awards: ECHO Klassik, Edison Klassik, Japanese Record Academy Award, and BBC Music Magazine’s Opera Award.
